You can buy your top-up voucher practically anywhere; at tobacconists, in supermarkets, in specialist shops, at petrol stations and also in betting shops. You can find an overview of all these sales outlets in the table above. After you have brought your €10 or €20 voucher you can top up your SIM card by typinginto your phone’s keypad. You can also top up your phone by calling 83 033. Both the key command and top-up hotline service are free of charge throughout Austria.
Things of course become a bit easier and simpler if you don’t want to top up your phone with a conventional voucher. You can also use our online service at www.onlineaufladen.at to top up your phone. You can find out what your current balance by entering by phoning the number 82 033 or you can do so online by checking your account manager.

If this is not enough, then you can also take advantage of the EXTRA package, which offers additional free minutes, text messages and GBs. Your tariff contract is valid for 30 days, whilst the EXTRA package lasts for 12 months.
