Перший крок: Зареєструй свою SIM-карту

Your first step: register your SIM card

Реєстрація SIM-картки, тобто зазначення твого прізвища та дати народження, в Австрії вимагається законом. Це відбувається онлайн за допомогою процедури ідентифікації з фотографії. Для цього тобі потрібен посвідчувальний документ з фотографією (паспорт, посвідчення особи або посвідчення водія) і смартфон з камерою.

Austrian law requires that a SIM card needs to be registered, meaning that you have to provide your name and date of birth. You can do this online. You will need a photo ID (passport, ID card or driving licence) and a smartphone with a camera.

Реєстрація покроково:

How to register, step by step:

1. Підключи смартфон до бездротової локальної мережі (WLAN).
2. Зайди на selfcare.eety.at. Вгорі ліворуч ти можеш вибрати англійську мову („EN“).
3. Здійсни вхід, використовуючи свій телефонний номер eety та PUK-код. Свій номер ти знайдеш зовні на упаковці, а PUK-код – на пластиковій картці, до якої кріпиться SIM-картка.
4. Заповни обов'язкові поля відповідно до тексту у твоєму посвідчувальному документі та  натисни на «Weiter».
5. Вибери "Foto Identifikation".
6. Клацни "Jetzt starten".
7. Вибери "Reisepass" (= закордонний паспорт).
8. Тримай свій закордонний паспорт так, щоб він помістився в рамку, та натисни на кнопку.
9. Перевір свої дані. Якщо все правильно, клацни «Weiter».
10. . Зроби селфі. Якщо рамка стане зеленою, то ти розмістив обличчя правильно.
11. Поверни голову у напрямку стрілки і знову назад.
12. Готово! Вставляй SIM-карту у свій смартфон. Тепер ти можеш користуватися нею.

1. Connect your smartphone to a Wi-Fi network.
2. Go to selfcare.eety.at. You can set the language to English ("EN") in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Log in with your eety phone number and PUK code. You can find the phone number on the outside of the packaging and the PUK code on the SIM card holder itself.
4. Complete the mandatory fields as printed on your ID document, then click on "Next".
5. Select "Foto Identifikation" (= photo identification).
6. Click on "Jetzt starten" (= start now).
7. Select "Reisepass" (= passport).
8. Hold the passport in such a way that it fits into the frame, then press the button.
9. Check that the information you've entered is correct. If everything is in order, click on "Weiter" (= continue).
10. Take a selfie. When the frame turns green, your face is in the correct position.
11. Turn your head in the direction of the arrow and back again.
12. You're done! Insert the SIM card in your smartphone. You're free to use it now.

Тобі потрібна кредитна або дебетова банківська картка.

You will need a credit or debit card.

1. Вибери на www.eety.at/topup "einmalig aufladen".
2. Вибери потрібну суму.
3. Введи номер телефону, рахунок якого має бути поповнений, у перші два поля.
4. Вибери "Kreditkarte/Debitkarte".
5. Вкажи номер кредитної картки, термін дії картки та перевірочний номер, вказаний на зворотному боці твоєї картки.
6. Підтверди, натиснувши кнопку «Guthaben jetzt aufladen».

1. At www.eety.at/topup, select "einmalig aufladen" (= one-time top-up).
2. Select the desired amount.
3. In the first two fields, enter the phone number to which the credit is to be applied.
4. Select "Kreditkarte/Debitkarte" (= credit card/debit card).
5. Enter your card number and expiration date as well as the verification number from the back of your card.
6. Confirm by clicking on "Guthaben jetzt aufladen" (= top up credit now).

You can purchase eety vouchers at many mobile phone shops, supermarkets and newsagents. You can also have the top-up voucher topped up directly in the mobile phone shop or at www.eety.at/topup:

1. Клацни "mit Ladebon".
2. Введи номер телефону, рахунок якого має бути поповнений, у перші два поля.
3. Вкажи 16-значний номер картки поповнення рахунку у полі «Ladebon».
4. Підтверди, натиснувши кнопку «Aufladen».

1. Click on "mit Ladebon" (= with top-up voucher).

3. Enter the 16-digit top-up voucher number in the "Ladebon" (= top-up voucher) field.

Тариф Connect L автоматично продовжується кожні 30 днів, якщо рахунок поповнений на суму 9,99 €. Без цього тарифу дзвінки на українські номери коштують 0,18 € за хвилину. У березні вони для тебе безкоштовні!

The Connect L tariff is automatically renewed every 30 days once a credit of €9.99 is added. Outside the tariff, calls to Ukrainian numbers will cost €0.18 per minute. Until further notice, however, they will be entirely free of charge for you!
